A lot of your boxes are showing as out of stock, when will they be back in stock and how can I be notified?
All boxes you see on our site in an "out of stock" state are normally restocked in approximately 12 weeks but this can be longer in unusual circumstances. While we prioritise stock allocation and retain stock offline for exclusive subscriber purchase only, if you wish to be notified of when the box or product you are after is back in stock you can elect to sign up to the "Back in stock" notification email via the product page you are interested in or alternatively you can sign up to our general email list to be notified by our broadcast newsletter messages to our entire email list. Alternatively subscribing to a monthly box will give you the ability to get stock allocation priority and access to box themes not available on the site plus many more subscriber perks
Safety
All My Creative Box considers the safety of our Creative Community our top Priority. This article is to ensure the the Adult assisting the child completing the My Creative Box has a safe and successful experience. Please note, that all My Creative Box products are Safety tested to High Standards.
1. Adult supervision is required for My Creative Box activities. Observe children closely and intervene as necessary to prevent potential safety problems and ensure appropriate use of arts and crafts materials. PLEASE NOTE, Ages 3+, warning small parts may present choking hazard.
2. Adult assistance is required for any arts & crafts project that contains steps in the instructions that could be dangerous or difficult for children. These are outlined in your Creative Guide.
3. Age grading—Follow the age grading that is recommended for Creative Box stated on the product packages
4. We always recommend Clothing & Surface Protection.
What ages are the boxes designed for?
Our boxes are designed for children in a variety of age ranges. We have boxes suitable for 3+, 4+ and 6+.
Can my child complete the activities by themselves?
My Creative Box is designed for children to connect and complete the activities with an adult's support and guidance. A lot of our activities are reusable and include learning toy products so your child can play them over and over again without your assistance. All of our activities come with parenting prompts for you to enjoy special quality moments with your child as you are their most important teacher!
When will My Creative Box be released each month?
If you are a subscriber your My Creative Box order will process between the 10th - 20th of each month and will be despatched in the days following.
