Do you gift wrap?
Unfortunately, we do not gift wrap. However, All of our boxes come gift ready and in beautifully presented tissue paper and a custom coloured outer box.
Gifting purchases will be shipped in outer carton packaging in lieu of shipping in a mailing satchel. This option is ideal if your box is being gifted and you are worried about dents from transportation in our standard mailing satchel. Whilst most Creative boxes will arrive safely in our mailing satchel we add protection to the purchase with single outer carton box packaging.
I have multiple people I am buying gifts for, how can I order your products and have them sent to different addresses?
All orders will be associated to one unique delivery address so if you are wanting to send multiple gifts to different delivery addresses you will need to place seperate orders for each recipient. If you have a more than 5 recipients to process orders for we can do this from our end and have our customer support team email you one invoice to pay and avoid the administration of placing several orders separately. How to I purchase a one time gift order and not subscribe?
All of our products can be purchased as one time gift. Simply add any product to your cart which doesn't contain the word "subscription" in its title and this will be a one time gift product that you won't be subscribing to.
Are there any savings with Gift Bundles?
There sure is, gift bundles will save you between 5% to 15% on the one time gift price of our boxes and will bring your shipping cost down to a maximum of $15.95 flat rate shipping anywhere in Australia for our biggest 6 box bundle and $13.95 for a 3 box bundle.
Are My Creative Box Gift Bundles a subscription purchase?
No, all of our Gift Bundles are shipped all at once as a one time purchase and are not subscription based.
What is the difference between a 3 box bundle gift purchase and a 3 Month Prepaid Gift Subscription?
Three box bundles are a one time purchase of 3 boxes delivered all at once whereas the 3 month prepaid gift subscription is delivered as a box per month over 3 months. Prepaid gift subscriptions do not renew.
Do I need to subscribe to purchase a Creative Box from your store or can I purchase as a one time gift?
All of our Creative Box's are available as one time gift purchase or you can opt to subscribe and save to any one of our auto renewing monthly and prepaid subscription plans that provide additional subscriber perks. Click HERE for more information on auto renewal subscription plans.
We also offer Gift Subscriptions that enable the gift recipients to be sent a series of boxes over a number of months (most popular being the 3 month Prepaid Gift Subscription) whereby the recipient receives a box per month over the duration of the prepaid term. Do you include hard copy receipts in orders sent out?
We try to do our bit for the environment and so don't include hard copy receipts in orders sent out. You will receive an email order receipt in your email however.
How does the Free Gift with Purchase offers work?
We will run free gift with purchase offers from time to time on our site and you will be notified how you can access these offers but most of the time you will be able to simply purchase an item or items and be offered a free gift that you will need to add to your cart to redeem the offer. The free gift will either require a discount code to be entered in the checkout or it will automatically apply in your cart when you go through the checkout.
