Do you offer Express Shipping?

We offer express shipping Australia wide starting at $12.95 and capped at $16.95 dependent on the size of your order. Head to the checkout and you will see the options presented on eligible orders.

What are the shipping postage options?

We offer free standard delivery on orders $100+ in Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand and United States (ex Hawaii & Alaska) . 

We also offer both domestic standard shipping for orders less than $100.
Express service is also available Australia wide. All our domestic shipping is flat rate for all areas and will be quoted prior to checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do indeed! We are continuing to add countries and regions as demand increases from our global customer base. We currently ship out of the below regions and can quote deliveries to all locations from our closest warehouse Prior to Checkout for regions not outlined below:

Do you offer free pick up?

Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer Pick Ups or Click & Collect options. 
However, if you order before 3pm we do have same day Dispatch available meaning that it should only be a few days before your order gets to you.

When will I receive My Creative Box?

My Creative Box posts within Australia and Internationally. You can expect to receive your Box within 2-6 business days from dispatch date depending on what state you live in for Australia. Internationally generally allow for up to 14 days. You will be provided with a tracking number email notification to let you know when your parcel has been shipped.

For monthly subscription box customers, all boxes in stock ship within 3 days of order placement and  each monthly box thereafter ships between the 10th and 20th of each month after the subscription charge date of the 10th. 

Do I get a tracking number for my parcel?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel from us in an email when your order is fulfilled and a delivery notification is sent to you. You can track the parcel using the unique tracking number link provided to you in your despatch email notification.

When will my order be despatched?

During Average sales times orders placed before 2pm AEST/AEDT Monday - Friday will be despatched on the same day. Any Orders Placed after 2pm or on the Weekends will be despatched the following business day. You will receive delivery email notification at the end of the day once your order is despatched.

During peak sales times your order may be fulfilled the following day.
If your shipment is delayed or a product within your order is a pre-order only item, a member of our team will be in touch, OR alternatively you can reach out to support@mycreativebox.com  for assistance.

Payments

What payments options do you offer?

We have multiple payment options available to make it as easy as possible to get creative!
All prices quoted are local currency for AUS, NZ, USA & UK. For other countries the price is in  Australian Dollars and if you are ordering with a card issued from outside of Australia your local currency will be converted to Australian dollars at your credit/debit card's exchange rate. See below for payment options:

• Credit and debit card payments: Available on all products
• Paypal payments: Available on all products
• Afterpay payments: Available on all products excluding subscription based products

What is Afterpay and how does it work?

Afterpay is a buy now, pay later platform that lets you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, interest free.

When you use Afterpay, you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest. To use Afterpay, add items to your shopping cart then select Afterpay from the available payment options. You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.

Afterpay is available for all orders with a minimum value of $60 and applies to products that are not subscription based products. Otherwise standard credit/debit card and Paypal payment options are available for all products including subscription based products.
